Statham plays Phil Broker, a widower who moves to a seemingly quiet small town with his young daughter (Izzy Vidovic) to escape his violent past. Unfortunately, the town is run by a ruthless local meth kingpin (played brilliantly by James Franco, having the time of his life). After a schoolyard fight involving his daughter, Broker finds himself trapped between local bikers, corrupt cops, and Franco’s unhinged character.
