In the GOW2 options menu, change subtitle language to Spanish. Some texture packs only replace the Spanish font files, not English.

PAL runs at 50 FPS max. If you drop to 30, disable "Precache Textures" if you have less than 6GB VRAM. Also, switch from OpenGL to Vulkan renderer in PCSX2 settings.

The vast majority of HD texture packs for God of War II are designed for the NTSC-U (USA) or NTSC-J (Japan) versions of the game. However, these packs can often be adapted for the PAL version with technical adjustments, or the user can apply a fan-made Spanish translation patch to the NTSC version.
