For some Huawei Android-based boxes, you can access a special recovery menu: the device by unplugging the power cord. Use a pin to hold down the Reset button inside the reset hole (or sometimes inside the AV port). While holding the button, plug the power cord back in Keep holding the button until the Android Recovery screen

Use this "hard reset" method if the box is stuck or you cannot access the menu: Locate the RST (Reset) pinhole, usually found on the rear or side panel.

The STB Q11 will restart and begin the initial setup.

Always remember: backup critical data before resetting, and be patient during the process. If your Q11 still misbehaves after a reset, it may be time to consider firmware reflashing or replacing the unit.
