Windows 10 does not include native QCOW2 or VirtIO drivers. Use for disk and network.

If you're using VirtualBox, you can convert your Windows 10 image to QCOW2 using the following steps: windows 10qcow2

Open PowerShell as Admin in your Windows 10 VM and run: Windows 10 does not include native QCOW2 or VirtIO drivers

Do not confuse this with Windows containers. Windows 10 QCOW2 is a full VM, not a container. windows 10qcow2

Select and check Generalize . Select Shutdown as the Shutdown Option.
