Navigate to your GTA IV installation folder (usually within SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV ).
Right-click on (or LaunchGTAIV.exe ) and select Properties . Go to the Compatibility tab.
Background services can conflict with SecuROM.
An outdated or unpatched version of GTA IV triggers RMN60. Ensure you have or 1.0.8.0 (the final patch).
