Nitro Pro 13 and newer versions utilize a "Sign In" model. If you have version 13 or later, you typically do not use a serial number; instead, you simply sign in with the email and password you used to purchase the license.
: If you are using an older version (v11 or earlier), you may find the serial number in the Windows Registry: Press Windows Key + R , type regedit , and hit Enter.
The most reliable way to find your serial number is to search the inbox of the email address used for the purchase.
Search for terms like "Nitro Pro order," "Reference #," or "Invoice Receipt". The email sender is often cs@cleverbridge.com .
