TeraCopy 3.17 Final is a mature, practical file-transfer tool for Windows that improves reliability and usability over Explorer for many real-world workloads, especially when handling many small files or when transfer integrity matters. It is not a replacement for application-aware backups or enterprise-grade snapshot tools but is a solid utility for desktop and administrative use.
