Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager, go to the tab, and look for any entry mentioning u4 , U4 , or an unknown publisher. Disable it.
If the file was permanently deleted rather than quarantined, you'll need to redownload it: u4.exe does not exist
