Navigate to the PSP folder on your PSP’s memory stick. Inside, there should be a GAME folder (create it if missing). From the extracted PRO-C2 folder, copy the entire PROUPDATE folder into PSP/GAME/ . Also copy the entire CIPL_Flasher folder into PSP/GAME/ (for permanent CFW on compatible models).
