Kaspersky does not store the raw .key file in a simple folder on your hard drive after activation. Instead, the license information is integrated into the application's internal database or the Windows Registry .

Some email clients or browsers flag .key files as suspicious because they are less common. This is a false positive. Restore it from quarantine and add an exception.
