: Press and hold the reset button for 15–30 seconds while the device is powered on.
Open the DVR login interface on your monitor and click "Forget Password" .
Do not use unofficial "cracked" reset tools from forums. Many contain malware. Always use the official Longse support portal or authorized distributor tools.
